Returns & Exchanges

At American Pickleball League, we stand behind our gear and offer a 30-day return policy on all paddles and apparel to ensure you are completely satisfied with your performance on the court. Items must be in original condition with all packaging intact to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your pickleball gear.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
